There are many success stories with Indiana K-12 schools. Families have the ability to transfer from public district to public district. Indiana surpassed 100 public charter schools for the first time this year in School Year 2018/2019 while public charter high schools achieved a 91% graduation rate. The Choice Scholarship program remains very popular in its eighth year with over 36,000 students choosing a non-public school option.
